Someone’s copying the same details between three tools. A customer gives up halfway through a booking. The team has plenty of data, but finding an answer still takes all afternoon.
I start with how the business works, then decide what to connect, automate or build. Sometimes that’s a better interface. Sometimes it’s custom software or AI that takes a repetitive task off someone’s plate. The aim is less friction for customers and more time for your team.
